Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments
Our change-over day is Saturday.
We have two apartments, Castle Apartment and Gyllyngvase Apartment.
Castle Apartment has one bedroom but can sleep up to 4 persons. The apartment offers a double bedroom with 2 luxury wall beds located in the lounge area.
Gyllyngvase Apartment is a two bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 4 persons. This apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
Our luxury self catering holiday apartments are available from from 3:00pm on arrival day until 10:00am on the day of departure. We ask that you vacate no later than 10:00am on the day of departure, leaving your apartment clean and tidy, reporting any damage or breakages to us as soon as possible.
Our stays start on Saturday with earliest check-in of 3:00pm.
Our calendar is very busy with back-to-back bookings, so unfortunately it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate any early check ins or late check outs.
If you arrive before 3:00pm then you are welcome to park your car in the parking area after 12:00am and return after 3.00pm when your apartment will be ready for you.
You will be given arrival instructions once your booking has been confirmed and full payment has been received.
We are limiting our “meet & greet” policy but are happy to meet in a “socially distanced” manner if you contact us by text or call us using the mobile contact number provided in our payment confirmation email.
At the end of your stay at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments, please ensure that you are ready to leave your apartment no later than 10.00 am on the day of your departure. We would appreciate your help by leaving your apartment in a clean and tidy state with beds stripped and towels placed in the black bin bags provided. We hope you will appreciate that we ask for this help in order to protect our cleaning staff during these difficult times.
Our apartments can be reserved online via a secure link with Freetobook/Stripe, our online booking partners.
After receiving full payment you will be sent a confirmation of your booking. Arrival instructions and security box key codes will be provided 48 hours before your arrival, in case you need to use them.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.
If you wish to postpone or rebook your stay with us, you must contact us by email so that we can try to move your booking to a more suitable time, so long as we have availability. If the price for the week that you choose is different we will adjust the price accordingly. Please note, that additional costs may need to be paid at the time of changing the booking if the chosen week costs more. There would not be an administration cost for doing this.
Regrettably no pets are permitted at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments.
