Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions that follow relate to a short-term rental of the apartment. As specified on the booking form.
 
The booking is between the client and the owners of Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments. The owners being John and Androulla Morgan.
 
Binding from the date of the booking was made and inclusive of all the following terms and conditions.
 
By making a booking the client and group members enter into a contract. On booking, the client agrees to accept all the terms and conditions laid down in this contract.
 
Bookings made for the apartment are for holiday or business purposes. The number of people in each apartment limited to that entered on the booking form.
 
If inviting friends to visit the client must first seek the permission of the owners.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

No deposit is needed to make a booking, but a valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Non-payment of rent less than 7 days before arrival will be construed as a cancellation of the contract. Charges will be made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cancellation  terms and conditions will be applied as noted below.

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. Any cancellation made by the client for whatever reason should be sent to the following email address :-

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Period of Hire

Rentals for either of Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments commence at 2pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure.

Right of Entry

Whilst respecting the reasonable privacy of the client, the owners of Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments reserve the right to access all apartments at all times, if necessary, for repairs and emergencies.

Care of the Property

The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the apartment and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or around the apartment and leave them in the same state of repair, condition, cleanliness and tidiness as at the commencement of the rental period.

Breakages or Damage

The client is required to inform the owner of any damage or breakage in or around the apartment promptly so that it can be repaired and replaced for the next client.
The client is bound to reimburse the owners for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs where reasonably demanded by the owners for damage caused by the client.

Rules and Procedures

Clients are required to observe the rules and familiarise themselves with the procedures contained in the information folder provided in each apartment.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the holiday accommodation. Please note that smoke alarms are fitted throughout the building in order to protect all clients.

Pets

Regreatably no pets are permitted at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments.

Liability

The owners of Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments are not liable for any loss, injury or damage as listed below :-

The clients property howsoever caused.

Property belonging to a member of the client’s party howsoever caused.

Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments cannot be made liable for any personal injury/death howsoever sustained. Especially where the owners  have used reasonable skill and care. Including personal injury/death caused by the fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party. This includes inadequate supervision of children and/or where caused by the fault of a third party. Also included are events that could not have been reasonably foreseen or avoided.

 

Car Parking

Parking is free for Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartment guests. One parking space is allocated for each apartment. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owners risk. The owners of Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

Privacy

Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the GDPR data rules 2018. We take appropriate security measures to safeguard your data and apply security standards and controls to prevent access. We do not use cookies for collecting personal information and we only collect data relating to your booking. If you send us an e-mail message or fill out an online form we will use your details and information provided to respond. This privacy statement applies only to the Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments website . We’re not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party websites that may link to our web pages.
