We hope this will offer reassurance and more flexibility to our valued customers.Our guarantee is to refund any payments made by you should you wish to cancel your booking. However, please note that if a booking is cancelled before arrival then a charge equal to either 6% of the deposit amount or 6% of the total stay amount (whichever is applicable) will be made to offset the credit card charges incurred by us during the booking and cancellation process.
